Volunteer Role Description and Responsibilities
To be present at the agreed time in the location where Listening Space is happening.
To be a background and inconspicuous presence in the building for the safety and integrity of those using it and to be of assistance as and when is needed by those present.
To maintain the confidentiality of those using Listening Space. This will mean you will be out of the sight of those coming in and out as is possible and if you do see or meet people using the service that you do not disclose this to anyone.
To ensure you inform Paula Gallucci at Big House if you are unable to cover a slot as soon as you are able.
Our Responsibilites
We will ensure you have access to the rota and know when you are needed.
We will review how you are finding your role on a regular basis and provide support as and when is needed.
We will check in on whether you are still able and willing to continue in your role on a regular basis.
